Wedding Collection Frequently Asked Questions

 

What is your local delivery policy?

Wedding packages are available for local delivery only- for PICKUP in store or DELIVERY to your desired location. Click here for our full list of local delivery zip codes. No wire-out orders. We do not ship our flowers. 

 

How is the price calculated?

The total cost of your wedding collection depends on which items you order, and the quantities you choose. 

 

When should I place my order? 

You can place your order anytime up to 7 days prior to the event date. Orders must be paid in full 7 days before the delivery date. 

 

What is included in the delivery fee?

Full-service flower delivery to one location, including set-up of centerpieces. For set-up: Provide a 2 hour delivery window in order comments during check out process. Example: Between 2pm and 4pm. ****Please Note: 

 

Can I have my order sent to multiple locations?

Delivery fees reflect pricing for a Single location. Place separate orders for each location, with the items you wish to send. (Example: many people choose to send personal flowers- Bouquets, Boutonnieres and corsages, to the location where photos will be taken, and select a different location for reception flowers such as centerpieces and decor for the sweetheart table.) 

 

What is the Cancellation Policy for Wedding Collection Orders?

Full refund for cancellation notice be made at least 7 days prior to delivery date. Refunds cannot be made for cancelations made with 6 or less days to the event.
